App: EarlyPact
Developer: Zoro
Contact: qiangshengjia@gmail.com
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
By downloading or using EarlyPact (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and delete it from your device.
EarlyPact is an alarm clock and wake-up habit tracker. It lets you schedule alarms, dismiss them by completing a wake-up mission (math, shake, memory, typing, photo, scan-code, or exercise), check in each morning, and track streaks and statistics. The App runs entirely on your device and requires no account or internet connection. Some features require a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, please use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Premium”), sold and processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
What Premium unlocks
Premium unlocks features such as all wake-up mission types beyond the free math mission, additional alarms, extended statistics, and Streak Freezes. The exact feature list is shown on the subscription screen in the App.
Plans, price, and duration
Available plans (for example a weekly plan and a yearly plan), their exact prices in your local currency, and their renewal periods are shown on the subscription screen in the App before you purchase. Prices are set in App Store Connect and may differ by region and change over time.
Free trial
Certain plans may include a free introductory trial. The presence and length of any trial is shown in the App before you confirm the purchase. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged automatically. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by Apple, generally once per Apple ID per subscription group.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price for your plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or via App Store → Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
All payments are handled by Apple, and refunds are at Apple’s discretion under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the App or change devices, use “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
The App is usable without a subscription. Free use includes the math wake-up mission and a limited set of features; the specific limits are shown in the App and may change in future versions.
Please read this section carefully.
EarlyPact schedules alarms using the notification and audio capabilities that iOS makes available to third-party apps. These are not identical to Apple’s own built-in Clock app, and an alarm may fail to ring or may ring more quietly than expected in situations including, but not limited to:
You should not rely on EarlyPact as your only alarm for anything critical — flights, exams, medication, work shifts, or any other situation where failing to wake up has serious consequences. Please keep a backup alarm for those. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an alarm that does not ring, rings late, or rings too quietly.
EarlyPact is a habit and productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, sleep-medicine, or health advice. Its statistics, trends, and streaks are informational only and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified professional.
You own the alarms, check-in records, photos, and other content you create in the App. That content is stored on your device — we do not upload, access, use, or claim any rights to it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for what you capture and share. When you use a share button, you decide where that image goes; do not share content you do not have the right to share.
The App itself — including its code, design, interface, icons, text, and bundled alarm sounds — is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You agree not to:
We may limit or discontinue features that are being abused.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. Features described in these Terms or on the subscription screen may evolve between versions. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that alarms will always ring (see Section 6), that data will never be lost, or that the App will meet your requirements. Because App data is stored locally, deleting the App, resetting your device, or a device failure may permanently erase your alarms, records, and photos. Photos taken for the photo mission are stored in a cache folder that iOS may clear at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App — including a missed or malfunctioning alarm — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a party to these Terms, has no obligation to provide support for the App, and is not responsible for the App or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. You may end them at any time by deleting the App (remember to cancel any subscription separately, per Section 4). We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. The revised Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
